We are bloomon! We turn the traditional flower industry on its head with a unique style, ultra fresh flowers, delivered directly from our growers to our customers. The flower sector is huge with over €50 billion in annual turnover but 99% of the sector still operates offline. bloomon is driving the shift to online and is building the first global love brand in the luxury segment. Our company and team are expanding rapidly. With an international team of over 80 highly motivated and ambitious people we are active in five countries. bloomon has its main office in Amsterdam, but also operates out of Berlin, London and Taiwan. The bloomon founder team consists of seasoned e-commerce experts (ex-Rocket Internet) as well as strategy-consultants (The Boston Consulting Group), and has raised funding from renowned VCs as well as international entrepreneurs.

Job description
You will be developing creative concepts which will be key to build the first global love brand for flowers. You will generate the ideas for and translate them into 360 degree edgy brand concepts. You love writing and are able to both write a strong brand concept and hit the right tone of voice in all messaging. You have a feeling for aesthetics, get energized by the pretty things in life and are able to (co-)create visuals. You will be working closely together with our creative team and will do everything that is needed to build our brand.

Responsibilities
You will be a key member of our brand and communications team. You are responsible to develop surprisingly creative, high quality brand concepts, that leave a lasting impression on all the happy bloomon users and friends. Your ultimate goal is to spread the fame about our brand.

- Idea creation

Requirements
Our Concept Creative is a strong conceptual thinker, that has experience in branding:
- Outstanding conceptual creator for brands
- Eye for outstanding visualization is a plus
- 4-7 Years working experience at great agency, or lifestyle brand
- An overly-enthusiastic approach
- Affinity with online marketing and digital communications (social media), mobile first
- High quality standard, a great eye for detail, high achiever, perfectionist
- Copywriting experience for lifestyle brands is a plus
- Able to work towards execution, in a fast paced environment, with tight deadlines
- Pro-active and definite ‘can do’ attitude
- Open to feedback and eager to grow
